Cookie Notice

1. What this notice covers

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by a website; similar technologies such as browser local storage are treated the same way here. This notice explains which cookies QOLORBEAM uses on the website (www.qolorbeam.com) and in the application (app.qolorbeam.com and customer workspaces), and how you can control them. It supplements Section 10 of our Privacy Policy.

2. Strictly necessary cookies

When you sign in to the application we set cookies that are required for it to work: your session, protection against cross-site request forgery, and security settings. They are not used for tracking, do not require consent, and expire when your session ends or shortly after. Blocking them will prevent you from signing in.

3. Analytics cookies

We use Google Analytics (provided by Google Ireland Limited) to understand how visitors use the website (www.qolorbeam.com): which pages are viewed, where visitors come from and which links they follow. Google Analytics is loaded only after you press “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you press “Decline” or do not answer, it is not loaded at all and no analytics data about your visit is collected.

After you accept, Google Analytics sets two cookies: _ga, which distinguishes visitors, and _ga_<ID>, which keeps the state of the current visit. Both expire after up to 2 years. Your choice itself is kept in your browser’s local storage for 12 months, after which we ask again. The application (app.qolorbeam.com) sets no analytics cookies.

4. Advertising and social media cookies

We do not use advertising pixels, remarketing cookies or social media tracking pixels.

5. Managing cookies

You can change your analytics choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer of every page of the website. If you withdraw consent, the analytics cookies are deleted and Google Analytics stops loading. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; most browsers also let you block third-party cookies only. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before the withdrawal.
